Shipping Policy

• Delivery of a placed order can take anywhere from 5-21 Days depending upon the item.  We understand that international shipping can sometimes be slow, but we are absolutely positive that once you receive your package you'll see it was worth the wait!
• We do not consider any parcel "lost or undelivered" until AFTER the 8 week mark. In our experience, it ALWAYS arrives, without a single exception. We appreciate your patience! Remember, shipping is FREE and as such, can occasionally be slow, but highly reliable! 
• Occasionally, if purchasing more than one item, we may ship some separately. This is because we ship directly from our manufacturers to save you money, and we use multiple manufacturers. Do not fear - your entire order will arrive, even if it's in two (or three+) different packages!
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If you do not have confidence in your postal service, please purchase at your own discretion.  Realistically, mail almost NEVER gets lost. Simply ensure that your address is written correctly, and that you are not moving within the 3 month delivery timeframe, and you should have absolutely nothing to worry about. 

PROCESSING

• It normally takes 1-3 business days to process your order (quality control/Picking&Sorting/Packaging...). Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
• It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.
• Due to COVID-19, we're improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so there may be a 5-7 days delay in processing your orders.

PROCESSING DELAYS

Usually it takes about 1-3 business days to process your order. If we fail to ship you within five working days (excluding pre-sale orders), as compensation, we are willing to offer you a  20% off coupon code for second purchase.

SHIPPING

Shipment takes approximately 5 to 25 business days to reach destination countries.

For USA, CA, AU and UK:

Standard shipping : 9-21 business days 

Express shipping : 5-8 business days 

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

If you haven’t received your package based on the above estimates, please contact our customer service team : support@kingcosplay.com. (*Since we have too many emails to deal with recently, your email will be replied in 24 business hours.)

Most of cosplay costumes shown on KingCosplay.com are ready-to-ship.We aim to offer you costumes with ideal similarities to styles in original anime or video games.

The shipping time depends on the items and shipping way you choose.The overnight shipping is not available. The processing time for pre-orderd items may be 30 business days or more.

You are strongly suggested to place your order at least 2-3 weeks before you need to receive.

It is necessary to keep in contact with the customer service department all the time, we'll contact you by email if there's any shipping issue on your order.

PS: Please note that shipping via the couriers like DHL is fast but you will need to pay tax due to your country's customs policy. We always declare a low value on the package. (You can ask us to provide an invoice paper if you need.) But if you need to avoid the tax, please inform us you prefer shipping via post office (which is slow, so not an option when you need it soon), otherwise we'll choose the way we think that can reach you in time. We're not responsible for paying the tax.
